For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. This was a three bedroom, two bathroom attached house. The location was excellent: an unobstructed view from the back windows and porch onto Eiger and the rest of the massif; the cable lifts to Eiger and Mannlichen are a short walk away, and one can start hiking straight out of the front door. The house is relatively low on the mountainside, but that was excellent for us as hikers. The place is quiet because the bedrooms and the kitchen/living area are on the lower floor and face the lovely back terrace and backyard, only the bathrooms face the street. The address is easy to find. Everything was clean and relatively well-equipped. When we needed something, the owner sent over someone to supply it. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go there again.
