A recently renovated holiday home set in Erlenbach im Simmental, Swiss Mountain-Valley View Lodge features a garden. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio. Anna was the perfect hostess as she met us up on arrival and oriented us to this fabulous home. Every custom detail made us feel like we were in a Swiss dream . The bedroom doors are custom and built in to walls with artistic doors and original thresholds. Love love love this property and we had relaxing wonderful days here.

The location was excellent: an unobstructed view from the back windows and porch onto Eiger and the rest of the massif; the cable lifts to Eiger and Mannlichen are a short walk away, and one can start hiking straight out of the front door. The house is relatively low on the mountainside, but that was excellent for us as hikers. The place is quiet because the bedrooms and the kitchen/living area are on the lower floor and face the lovely back terrace and backyard, only the bathrooms face the street. The address is easy to find. Everything was clean and relatively well-equipped. When we needed something, the owner sent over someone to supply it. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go there again.
