Amazing views and a super cozy space with everything I needed! The location was excellent—walkable to everything while also being removed from some of the touristy craziness in town. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable too!

The staff make you feel very welcome and are happy to help you with anything. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and great view from the balcony.
Has a charming, cosy feel about the property as soon as you enter it.

1. Wonderful staff for making us feel at home
2. The hotel transfers up and down the hill: even though it's a short distance, with suitcases and young kids would have been a challenge :)
3. The location: close to town yet quiet, beautiful views as it is on a hillside, close to the supermarket, restaurants, train station etc.
4. Kids toys in the lobby! What a cosy touch, thank you.

The property was very authentic which was adorable and refreshing. It was welcoming, located in an excellent position and the decor was charming. The sauna spa room was exceptional. Expect an authentic Swiss experience that felt homely yet elegant in a truly beautiful area.
The hotel was situated in a good location walkable from Grindelwald Bahnhof and walkable to Firstbahn. The room was charming, cosy, spacious and clean.
Great location, mazing view if you purchase mountains view room, staff friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy. Cool place to stay. Good selection of wines. The free mini bar topped up every day. The free spa with large outdoor hot tube overlooking the mountains with 5 different saunas to pick from. Indoor pool and gym all complementary. Breakfast is good with free prosecco. Even the carpark is cool! We liked it that much we stayed another night.
