The apartment felt cozy and homey, and it was also very quiet and warm. It had a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. The place was very clean and spacious, making it ideal for a family with a small child. We would definitely go back again!

The location of the Chalet Elza was perfect for us. We travelled throughout Switzerland by train and the Chalet's close proximity to the train station at Lauterbrunnen was perfect. The Chalet Elza was very comfortable and well equipped. It was a wonderful place to return for the evening after busy days visiting various locations in Switzerland. The host was wonderful - very communicative on the day of our arrival and kept in contact with us so that he could pick us up (and our luggage) at the train station and bring us to the Chalet Elza as well as taking us back to the train station when we checked out. He was always very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The walks to and from the train station during our visit were breathtaking - the beauty of the area is incredible. We wished that we had stayed longer in the Lauterbrunnen part of our Switzerland visit.
