Super clear instructions on key collection
Host was very accommodating to our requests and replies very quickly whenever we needed help. We stayed here for 4 nights so it felt a bit like home, and a place we look forward to coming back after a busy day of travelling.

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
Now here is a gem - more a traditional chalet a mile out of town in the country - very pleasant and relaxing wonderful mountain views all round.... basic rooms were lovely cabins with own entry and patio and park
The hotel is a typical Swiss chalet style building, prettily trimmed with flowers along the front. It is well situated to get into Interlaken and the bus stop is just a few steps away. Clean and comfy.
We stayed in a small wooden cabin which was generally new and tidy with own toilet. The common facilities were very clean and well maintained. The stuff was very kind helpful.
An excellent accommodation in Interlaken. Short walk from Interlaken West train station, near stores and groceries, but still a quiet area. The view from the property is great (you can even see people paragliding). The instruction of the host for luggage deposit and key collection is very clear (they even have marks with your name on to lead you on the correct way). The host is very responsive. A good place to experience a local Swiss chalet.
A real Swiss chalet, very close to Interlaken West train station and bus stop. Hotel provided free travel card to use in local trains and buses. Very quiet location and room was nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ice cube station and microwave available. Breakfast was okay.
Super location: the bus towards the (2) rail stations of the town are stopping meters from the hotel.
Huge old fashion / vintage Swiss chalet tip hotel!
The view is wonderfool of any window of the hotel.
There was no breakfast at that time, but it was a patisserie just in front!

Beautiful old Swiss wooden cabin. Easy to access interlaken. By bus or by walk. Be prepared for very low roofs. If you’re taller than 5,6” it can be a little claustrophobic.
Always wanted to stay in a wooden Swiss chalet and this has a lot of history. A blend of original features and more modern bathroom made this a lovely place to stay. Great selection for breakfast and cosy comfortable room.
