Fantastic chalet in the heart of the mountains! You have a very nice view from the balcony. You are 10 minutes away from the city center and the main ski facilities. The decor is charming. The room was clean. The kitchen fully equiped. The check-in was « no contact », but the administrator provided all the necessary informations. The parking space is a plus.

We loved everything. The apartment was beautiful, cozy, clean, and just so perfect. The apartment catered for everything that we needed.
The views were amazing. Restaurants and shops are close by.

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.
The private pools are still there but the jets did not work and no sauna and that is a shame. The breakfast is good although not as complete as previously, no toaster, no possibility of cooking a boiled egg for example. Big issue is there is no lounge area, and no bar so nowhere to sit outside the room, no where for drinks or to sit and chat with other guests this is a big shame. Especially as the areas are there but shut off. No slippers so have to walk around barefoot! There is a lack of management although the staff are friendly.
The view was amazing from the balcony and the shutters kept the heat out during the day. It was a nice size for 2 people and had good kitchen facilities.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the valley. No water pooling in the shower cabin, water pressure perfect for reinvigorating the body at the end of the day. With the guest card, we could use the thermal pool and cable car 'Gemmipass' nearby. Breakfast was good.
Location was perfect, near the town centre, the thermal baths and the Torrent telecabine. All kitchen utensils needed, and overall very well equipped. Huge terrace and separate bathroom for the kids.
