The hotel was very well located with lovely views over the lake. The room and bathroom were comfortable. It was a king sized bed with 2 duvets rather than the twin room we had booked but it was OK. The sauna was nice but it was mixed and naked so not for everyone. The staff were helpful. Arosa is absolutely beautiful and the skiing is great. There is a bus stop outside the hotel to get to the ski lessons or the lifts are a just a short walk away. There is a very nice cafe next door where you can buy breakfast/ coffee / lunch.

overall experience was ok. location was nice , weather was nice. apartment room size was ok. but the bathroom was too small . and their cleaning charges and Bed linen etc charges are too high .

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, there are direct shuttles to the train station (and ski lift). The room had a breathtaking view of the forest and snowy mountains. Breakfast was also quite pleasant.
A quiet location just below the village centre. Excellent shuttle service every half hour in the morning to the ski lifts and arrival departure shuttle to the railway station which was appreciated. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice and eggs cooked to order. Could have done with a wider choice of Jams maybe? The restaurant was exceptional with an excellent evening menu - couldn’t fault it.
All staff were extremely friendly and helpful - typical Swiss hospitality!
The hotel is in. Fantastic location just an 8 minute beautiful romantic walk from the Eisbadi and the beach at Untersee. The shuttle bus to the ski lifts is very flexible and frequent and I literally never had to wait for the bus. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are plenty of electric car chargers and I didnt have to wait to charge. The wellness was quiet and well equipped with all kind of saunas and nice rest room beds. The fitness has great space to accommodate workout activities using mat and my own equipment.

The room view is very nice, especially since the hotel is around 15/20 min walk from the train station. Of course, you can wait for the hotel shuttle that comes every 30 min, but please keep that in mind when going back in the evening.
The sauna area is quite nice but also very small. The view from the relaxation room is amazingggggggg.
The bar area is very beautiful, the piano artist is very talented and the people are always very helpful and smiling.

This chalet is amazing if you go as a group of friends. It has great facilities, the kitchen is as equipped as it gets (it even has a vondue pot with stove and a raclette machine!). The bedrooms are great, bathrooms are great, there's are balconies, everything was fresh and clean. Totally coming back!
