The Lighthouse is a beautiful listed property offering 4-star accommodation near Frome, within the gently rolling Somerset countryside. The breakfast was excellent, you could choose from many options. We did not have the “30 minute breakfast slots” mentioned in the other reviews. We received a very friendly welcome, everything was fine. The rooms are large and spacious.

It is an old inn, so there is no air conditioning, but we had a fan and two windows so we could create a breeze in our room. The food was outstanding and the service beyond reproach. Lola made our visit extremely enjoyable; she was attentive and really enhanced our experience. The gardens are lovely, as is the walk to the old church yard.

Bower Inn er til húsa í byggingu frá 18. öld en það er staðsett rétt hjá M5-hraðbrautinni og 3,2 km frá miðbæ Bridgwater. Everything! The staff were very friendly. Very comfortable atmosphere. The food was varied and flavourful.

Very welcoming hosts provided a lot of thoughtful touches, such as a “kitchenette” with tea/coffee available at all times, plus a fridge for guest use. Option of continental or cooked breakfast was a plus. A lot of privacy in a spotless, comfortably appointed, quiet environment made this a very pleasant base from which to explore a lot of local features. Good parking.

Wassells House Accommodation er nýlega enduruppgerð gististaður í Cheddar, 27 km frá Ashton Court og 28 km frá Bristol Temple Meads-stöðinni. I felt very safe it was a 18-20 min walk into town. I enjoyed the room. The bathrooms were wonderful! After traveling for 2 weeks with terrible bathrooms and even black mold in one, this updated bathroom was HEAVEN. 🚽🚿 The host, while not obligated, offered and helped me with my suitcase up and down the stairs. Small but HUGE when you're a solo traveler. The breakfast they offer for an extra charge (not a lot) was absolutely 💯 worth it. Best meal I had in Cheddar, and they proved gluten-free bread! 🙌🍞 As a solo traveler, I would 100% recommend staying at this location if you are visiting Cheddar.

Glastonbury Hideaway státar af garðútsýni og býður upp á gistingu með garði og verönd, í um 43 km fjarlægð frá Bristol Temple Meads-stöðinni. A place to unwind with a beautiful view, as the name of the accommodation also suggests, a little hideaway. Everything I needed was present, a comfortable warm bed, big cups of tea, silence, privacy and the owner's helpfulness when I needed it. I felt at home, it's definitely my favourite place when I'm in Glastonbury. Everything is nearby for sightseeing and to experience.

Full Moon Inn Rudge er staðsett í Frome, 14 km frá Longleat Safari Park og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, sameiginlega setustofu og verönd. We stayed here for the night with my family of 5 and they were so accommodating! The food was so yummy and had great Gluten Free options for me! The room was so spacious and the bathroom was gorgeous. We loved the hot water bottles that were there too! Gorgeous village as well.

The Old Police House er nýlega enduruppgert gistirými í Cheddar, 27 km frá Ashton Court og 29 km frá Bristol Temple Meads-stöðinni. Accommodation was lovely, pub around the corner & not too far to main street, set in quiet street, so no street noise Lynn and her hubby were lovely, made sure we had everything (even home made chocolates & brownies) then left us too it. Breakfast was yummy, Lynn even gave us some additional spots to visit on our way down to Cornwall.
