We especially liked that the bus stop was right across the street. There was lots of information on what to do in Lugano as well. Everything was so nice and clean and the beds were super comfy!

The view of the lake and Lugano from the property was stunning. I also loved the peaceful location of the property, which was spotless and had everything my daughter and I could have wished for, including easy parking out the front. Peter was a enthusiastic, knowledgeable and welcoming host. I would definitely stay at the property again and would certainly recommend it for couples or small families.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the location was excellent.
Fantastic communication, and contrary to what some of the reviews have stated they give clear instructions for the property (short walk away from station) and how to get the keys. Very clean, and all inclusive apartment. Air con is a real bonus in summers. Have some shops nearby for groceries at station, and around the area. Definitely would be looking to stay again when back in Lugano (with a good deal of course).
Very nice location in the old town, lovely house only 1 minute to the lake (for a swim). Beautiful restaurants close by. The apartment was spotless clean with nice furniture and very comfy beds and a good mosquito prevention. A supermarket is a five minute walk. Very nice owners. The place is highly recommended
Great location with all the amenities you need for a family. It has a washing machine and dryer which makes a longer stay easy. The apartment was very clean, with two rooms and bathrooms which is ideal for a family. It is also in the heart of Lugano, only a street back from the lake.
The space was more than enough, everything new and very clean. Ideal to stay with 4 people. The location is very quiet as it is in a very small street far from the traffic.

Continental Park hotel was a good choice for us arriving at the peak season, but having not much budget to spend for long weekend. Great value for the price. The hotel has a long history and we were impressed how they cheer it with numerous old photos and pictures. Polite and helpful staff, very clean and convenient rooms. Amazing breakfast! And very good location: not far from the center, you can use funicular for free to go up and down to the center if you don’t want to use the stairs. We didn’t use the pool, though it looked nice.
The lady on reception was so helpful and gave us tickets for discounted travel and excursions. The hotel room was just what we needed, very clean and in an amazing location. About a 10 minute walk to the main centre which was ideal. They stored our bags for us also which was a great added bonus. Highly reccomend!
