Excellent quality accommodation overlooking lake Lugano. Very comfortable rooms, super quiet and soundproofed, very safe, very clean, lots of facilities, excellent wifi, superb breakfast (& coffee!) and above all excellent hosts. They are always incredibly helpful , kind and we always enjoy our stays with them, many thanks as always!

Lovely small hotel in fabulous location by the lake. Staff were very friendly. Dinner in the restaurant on the terrace was excellent. Parking for our car right next to the hotel. Beautiful views from our room balcony and from the bar and restaurant.
Location is beautiful, right by the water. Lake view is amazing, and there is a nice walk around the lac. Hotel itself is great, would recommend for one night. It met our expectations, nothing more, nothing less. Great for a one night stop.
Location is amazing, by the lake and walking distance to the train station. Also a bus stop is in front of the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. I asked for an extra blanket and I received big, fluffy blanket that kept me warm. When I was booking it stated “room with street view “ but we had a terrace available with table and chairs, also with a view to the lake.
Lake side location with car parking directly across from the hotel was excellent. Drinks by the lakeside lovely! Host who welcomed us (Gabon ?) was superb and ready to help with any of our questions. Buffet breakfast was very good - plenty choice. Gabon recommended a nearby restaurant for supper which was great!
We are travelling with an electric car - Tesla- loads of chargers round the corner.
A budget hotel but all in all a perfect choice for us
very clean. staff very attentative. Nothing is too much trouble. The location and views are exceptional. The infinity pool is ingested but welcoming on hot days. There are jacuzzi bubbles at one end to sit in and take in the views. The owners sons love to experiment with cocktails which was good. free pedlo and large bathing deck on lake front. very relaxing
