Getting the keys went ok, but it felt a little unclear, especially with there being complications with the door.
The location is amazing and the apartment was beautiful as well as the views. Would recommend for the great views. Nice town and a wonderful lake and mountains.

This hotel is located in the center of Lugano. Could not have wished for a better location and a train just outside the door step taking you up the hill. This was even included in the price of the hotel. (not a noise train, more like a tram that you couldn't hear but leaving every 10 minutes or so. Super handy!)
The hotel itself was magnificent and had the best buffe breakfast we have ever eaten! We travel a fare bit and have been staying at many hotels but this one is one of the best ones. Breakfast was another level! Actually all their meals and cocktails was spot on!!
Staff were super friendly and helping. Surrounded by heaps of other restaurants.

Lovely small hotel in fabulous location by the lake. Staff were very friendly. Dinner in the restaurant on the terrace was excellent. Parking for our car right next to the hotel. Beautiful views from our room balcony and from the bar and restaurant.

Location is amazing, by the lake and walking distance to the train station. Also a bus stop is in front of the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. I asked for an extra blanket and I received big, fluffy blanket that kept me warm. When I was booking it stated “room with street view “ but we had a terrace available with table and chairs, also with a view to the lake.
Lake side location with car parking directly across from the hotel was excellent. Drinks by the lakeside lovely! Host who welcomed us (Gabon ?) was superb and ready to help with any of our questions. Buffet breakfast was very good - plenty choice. Gabon recommended a nearby restaurant for supper which was great!
We are travelling with an electric car - Tesla- loads of chargers round the corner.
A budget hotel but all in all a perfect choice for us
very clean. staff very attentative. Nothing is too much trouble. The location and views are exceptional. The infinity pool is ingested but welcoming on hot days. There are jacuzzi bubbles at one end to sit in and take in the views. The owners sons love to experiment with cocktails which was good. free pedlo and large bathing deck on lake front. very relaxing
