This is a luxurious (and expensive) hotel in an excellent city centre, but very quiet, location. The location is a traffic-free square just below the railway station. Access to the square is by a frequent and reasonably-priced funicular (no need for a taxi, the hotel is just steps away from the funicular).
Lugano is situated on a stunningly beautiful lake, with snow-covered mountains rising above it.
The room was large and beautifully furnished in a modern style. The bathroom was larger than most, and all the fittings were top-class.
Best of all, our room had a kettle, so we could make tea as we like it, which means made with boiling water.

Super friendly and attentive host! Great central location with free private parking (although with limited spaces), free and strong WIFI connection, quiet and clean room. Very comfortable bed! Did not have time to taste the breakfast but it was smelling of good coffee in the morning.

Regina is very kind and welcoming, location is great, breakfast was very good, the room and bed was very comfortable for the parents (less comfortable for the 3rd person in the room). Late check in is possible, until 9pm, and that is also an advantage, and self check-in is possible even later than 9pm but fortunately I didn't have to use it. Private parking is very convenient, though isn't for free (costs 15 CHF).

Charming stay in a pitoresque swiss-italian village. Location is central (4 min walk away from the train station) and the surroundings are very authentic and charming.
The stay offers continental breakfast and private parking (additional cost). The building is equipped with an elevator (very handy when carrying luggage). At breakfast, you will be served tasty coffee made on the spot at a barista-level espresso machine.

The stay was impeccable: the room is comfortable, not very large but more than enough for two people, hosts are caring and welcoming, a nice breakfast was included, even the one dpecially adjusted for Easter. All warm Easter surprises for guest were so moving!!! The garden is an extra pleasure. Good value for money! Location is good, only 5 min walk to lago di Lugano .
