Everything was excellent. The room was very comfortable. The hotel staff was fantastic—relaxed, kind, and always helpful. They found me an adapter for electricity I didn't have, gave me the key to the beach even though it was not swimming season (in case I still wanted to go there), a waiter in the restaurant was full of positive energy, and I enjoyed listening to his Italian. The pizza in the restaurant was extraordinarily good and it was so nice to eat it on the hotel terrace (with the view of the lake). The hotel's location was perfect, it is in the very center of Morcote, stairs for climbing to the church and views of Morcote were very near, bus station is immediately in front of the hotel, and the main pier for boats is also there. If you are coming from Lugano and Melide (probably), I recommend to choose boat for a part of the travel- it is great to be on Lugano Lake.
In Morcote, don't miss Parco Scherrer- it is not too big, but it is more museum than the park, and peace and beauty there were one of the top moments of my whole Switzerland travel.

Everything was very clean and we were very well welcomed by the hosts. We booked a table in the restaurant and the food was very good. The wine selection is amazing good. This hotel is located in the center of Lugano. Could not have wished for a better location and a train just outside the door step taking you up the hill. This was even included in the price of the hotel. (not a noise train, more like a tram that you couldn't hear but leaving every 10 minutes or so. Super handy!)
The hotel itself was magnificent and had the best buffe breakfast we have ever eaten! We travel a fare bit and have been staying at many hotels but this one is one of the best ones. Breakfast was another level! Actually all their meals and cocktails was spot on!!

The location was perfect - in a quiet, pretty neighbourhood a stone’s throw away from the busier Morcote, right by the lake with a terrific view. There were more than one trail to Morcote and beyond. It was an old house and I like old houses :) , very well maintained and very clean so I feel very comfortable. Sitting on the patio having a nice, cool drink from the excellent bar, after a day of hiking was pure bliss. Hotel very nice, room a bit on the small side, but absolutely ok for the prize. Hotel per se is inexpensive on Swiss standards, very good value for money. Morcote is a highlight on the lake. Restaurant of the hotel was superb, not cheap but absolutely worth the money

The apartment is very well presented. The bedrooms are large and the apartment a good size overall. It was very clean and provided all the facilities we required including a nice courtyard. It is in a nice and quiet location. The swimming pool was great and only a short walk to the lake. The apartment comes with free secure car parking. A comfortable walk to lakeside restaurants.
- Very good location. From the pictures I thought it was a lake front property (or at least with lake view), but it wasn't. The property is on the inside row (3rd or 4th row), so there was no lake view. But it is close enough to the lake (2 min walk) and everything else.

Everything was beautiful- the location, the people, the hotel, the room. The staff are very friendly and helpful and accommodated all my requests. Very clean and chic hotel, good shower pressure, and the best bed I slept in lately. Great breakfast, secure parking and they are pet friendly. I went with my 3 yo Volpino, I was passing by and only needed a place for the night, but this is a place I would return to 100%.
