We stayed here for a night as a stopover. Place was spotless clean which is one of the things we most care about. Despite the shared bathroom everything was really nice, clean and organised. Stefania is a great host! She made us feel very welcome, offered free water, tee, coffee, as well as some pastry for breakfast. She also allowed us to park beyond check-out time, as we wanted to roam around Lugano with our bikes a bit longer. Thanks a lot for that!

Mike, who welcomed us at the reception, was very friendly. He was very helpful and made sure to greet us with a warm smile. We were able to speak with him in both German and English, and he mentioned he knows two more languages as well. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were clean. Thanks to the free city public transport ticket provided by the hostel, its location on a hill didn’t cause any issues.

It was very clean, the bed was super comfy, the breakfast was varied and had everything we needed. The evening meals were amazing. The staff were super friendly and accommodating despite our inability to speak Swiss Italian!

The hostess is so lovely and friendly—a very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. The breakfast is well prepared and yummy. Overall, it's a very good choice. Highly recommend!
I loved staying here, the owner was so extremely friendly. The breakfast was delicious and she really made sure everything was okay. The room was so clean, there wasn’t any dust to be found. The building smelled really clean and good too. We got clean towels through the week. The owner adviced us to go to the local marketplace and it was amazing. The location of the property was in to the mountains but the road was okay to drive. Loved the vibe of the town.
Beautiful location, positioned high up a mountain. The apartment was actually a little larger than expected which was nice with a large balcony but most importantly was in a nice clean condition i.e. bed sheet, multiple towels, work surfaces floors etc. I would say a little on the expensive side, although it was Easter weekend, but would definitely stay again.
