Great location to go on several hikes in Alishan. The property has cats that are the cutest and the breakfast is good.
Great Location in the mountains surrounded by tea farms. Close to multiple trails. Great sunset. Friendly and helpfull staff. They pic you up at the bus stop for a small fee. They provide water, public kitchen and sell instant noodles.
Huge rooms, well equipped but private bathroom separate (you have to cross the breakfast room to reach the bathroom !).

Welcoming and quiet
The farm is located near tea fields with amazing mountain views. It is located remotely hence very quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a huge window with nice views.
Great location in the middle of Fenchihu. Really characterful building and rooms. Although an old 'character' property - definitely not a luxury hotel - there were lots of unexpected thoughtful touches ( e.g.Alishan tea and teaset in room, old cedar wood bath and bathing salts) that really added to our stay. Do ask about firefly tours - we did one and it was a highlight of our trip, with hundreds of fireflies seen.
The room was nice and quiet. The 7/11 store which you get vouchers for (in lieu of breakfast) is in the same building as the hotel, so it was very convenient!
The staff is very friendly and helped with recommendations on area of attractions. In fact the staff can also offer contacts for drivers to bring the customers to tour around which is a bonus. The environment is clean and well maintained and they serve excellent breakfast and dinner hotpot. I love that the boss is very kind to invite us for tea appreciation, would have love for them to show us their tea planation and tea making process. Overall I would recommend this place.
It's peaceful, quiet, serene, great location, excellent view. Room size was great and spacious and clean. Owner was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and nice. Highly recommend this property.
