Small scale guesthouse in an absolutely beautiful spot surrounded by nature- yet just a short drive from the main road to Chiayi & Alishan. Breakfast was served on the large communal terrace, with great views of the green valley below and the mountains. At night you hear nothing but cicadas and lots of little tree frogs. There are some walking trails starting right behind the guest house. A very good restaurant with a panorama terrace is just a 3 minute drive away.
The owners of the guest house are lovely and welcoming. We got a free upgrade to a larger family apartment - which was clean and comfortable. They even took us along to a tea plantation nearby to sample and buy some top quality tea. Warmly recommended!

We are a couple from Spain. It has been the best accommodation we have stayed in this month that we have been traveling through Taiwan 😍. The family that runs it is super friendly, always with a smile, helping us with everything we have needed, even one night it was late and it was raining a lot and they invited us to dinner, adorable! ☺️The outside area is very nice to be in the afternoon, read, rest, connect with nature. They have kittens 🐱 that you can pet and they are lovely. The indoor lounge is beautiful and the breakfast is completely delicious and abundant. The bedroom area is separate from the common area, which is very good for privacy... it is new, very pretty, well cared for and well decorated. The wooden room with views of the garden has been very comfortable, the color of the wood gives a cabin feel and has been relaxing 💆♀️. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Thanks for all ❤️

Breakfast was delicious and placed in a beautiful setting with a view of the beautiful tea farm. The location is gorgeous with easy access to the surrounding walking trails in the area. The oolong here is fragrant, clear and sweet, you have to try it.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
The staff is very friendly and helped with recommendations on area of attractions. In fact the staff can also offer contacts for drivers to bring the customers to tour around which is a bonus. The environment is clean and well maintained and they serve excellent breakfast and dinner hotpot. I love that the boss is very kind to invite us for tea appreciation, would have love for them to show us their tea planation and tea making process. Overall I would recommend this place.
Very quiet environment - over 50 meters away from the main street. You'll feel like sleeping in the forest (thanks to mosquito nets without the itches). Great view towards the forest and from the terrace to nearby mountains.
1) Huge newly renovated room with plenty of space to spread out plenty of luggage. We were in room 301 with the common area right outside our room door. Quiet at night, could not hear any traffic noise.
2) Huge beds that are bigger than the standard king size.
3) Nice breakfast - we enjoyed the bread, home made tea oil pate and spaghetti.
4) Good view of the hills at the balcony but slighly marred by the telephone wires, Balcony windows were not tall enough for a wide view.
Excellent hosts, great location, facilities were good. Lookout point for sunrise is just 2 minutes walk away, and there’s a great trail just down the road. Highly recommend if you are traveling to Alishan
Great location, right by the bus stop that has a bus that takes you to Alishan / the HSR. Short walking distance to the Eryanping trail.
