We were a group of 14 people and a baby, and reserved 8 rooms. We couldn’t ask for more than what they gave us. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. But more than that, the hosts are amazing people!They helped us with everything we needed and gave us great recommendations for places to go. I also think that their place has the best view in the valley!

Very friendly host! Awesome mountain/valley views from the room and cool swimming pool! Breakfast and evening snacks were very nice.

It was located on the first floor by a staircase above a very popular pasteleria which is where breakfast was served. This was one of the best breakfasts we have had and staff could not have been more helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted during our 2 night stay. Car parking was very easy and convenient and free which was an added bonus. The guesthouse is also close to the train station We highly recommend A Tendinha to anyone staying in Peso da Regua who can manage a short flight of stairs.

There is a village 1km away but for us the hotel had everything we needed. We cooked our own evening meal in the well equipped kitchen. Breakfast was provided and very tasty.

Chaves Thermal Spa is 49 km away and Mateus Palace is 22 km from the guest house. The house is like a small castle, but very tidy and comfortable. The owner is so nice. There are many well thought out details, which make the stay even more pleasant.
