It was reassuring to have a free drink bar and comfy lobby available 24hrs. Staff was very welcoming and lovely. The recommendations for places eat were very helpful. Such a welcoming place, i very much look forward to staying again.

Tosi was also an incredible host who went above and beyond to make my stay as special as possible.

The owner offers free pickup back and forth from Yufuin station which is really helpful too. The room itself is very spacious and the futon is super comfortable that we rested well. We ordered breakfast from the owner and it tasted super delicious even though it was a simple Japanese style bento. We really enjoyed and had a great stay at Yufuin Sunday. Totally recommended for people who want to stay out from the crowd, but with ryokan feeling (sleep in tatami room and dip into onsen). Thank you so much!!
