We really enjoyed our stay: location was close to town but having countryside feeling (you could see both Kirkwall silhuette and cows from the window) and owners were lovely and helpful.

It had a really good combination of privacy in our room as well as comfortable common areas that made it feel like we were just staying with the family. Nicky was able to accommodate us for the guided tour (a later start time) and I'm so glad it worked out - the tour was one of my favorite parts of the overall trip to Scotland.

Deborah is very very welcoming and the breakfast she prepared was delicious!

Grainbank Mews, a property with a garden, is set in Kirkwall, 16 km from Standing Stones of Stenness, 18 km from Ring of Brogdar, as well as 17 km from Ness of Brogdar. Breakfast provided was lovely with good choice of cereals and lovely fruit salad.

Situated just 34 km from Maeshowe, VitaVer, B&B, STL-OR00012F features accommodation in Orkney with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. Everything was perfect !! The location was a short drive from Kirkwall which meant we had the opportunity to visit some of the smaller villages enroute. Teresa and Malcolm, our hosts, welcomed us into their home and gave us many insightful tips about Orkney that made our trip run more smoothly. The breakfast was fresh and delicious each day and the room was generous in size with quality inclusions and a most incredible view! We most certainly recommend this accommodation for visitors to Orkney !!

The Bellavista was the perfect clean and cozy homebase for us during our Stay in Orkney. The rooms were really comfortable and Sandra the owner was very helpful and generous in letting us check in early and use the laundry facilities. It’s also a great location looking over the water and within walking distance to town. Thanks for a great stay!
