It had a really good combination of privacy in our room as well as comfortable common areas that made it feel like we were just staying with the family. Nicky was able to accommodate us for the guided tour (a later start time) and I'm so glad it worked out - the tour was one of my favorite parts of the overall trip to Scotland.

The location at less than 2 minutes from Stromness and probably 5 to the Stennes standing stones is PERFECT. The room was huge, all the house is very big, cute and clean. Deborah is very very welcoming and the breakfast she prepared was delicious!

The property is non-smoking and is set 600 metres from Orkney Fossil and Heritage Centre, Burray. Fantastic hospitality, everything you could want was catered for

The location was a short drive from Kirkwall which meant we had the opportunity to visit some of the smaller villages enroute. Teresa and Malcolm, our hosts, welcomed us into their home and gave us many insightful tips about Orkney that made our trip run more smoothly. The breakfast was fresh and delicious each day and the room was generous in size with quality inclusions and a most incredible view! We most certainly recommend this accommodation for visitors to Orkney !!

Excellent Host, the room was spacious, spotlessly clean, warm and very comfortable. Wifi was good and fast, there was plenty of space to park my car nearby. The Bellavista Guest House was sign posted nearby at the last 2 junctions, so you can't really miss it. It was so quiet here, very little road traffic, just the sound of the sea. At night very dark outside, next to nothing for light pollution. Outside my mobile phone and internet reception was excellent. I stayed 5 nights and paid for breakfast. There was a wide variety to choose from on the breakfast menu and I thought it was great value.
