Sandro, the owner is an awesome guy. He can often be seen waiting on the street for his guests, and greets them by name. This place is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The large kitchen is well stocked with what every you need for cooking. There is a supermarket close by. The rooms are large and comfortable, the showers with very hot water, and optic fiber fast wifi! It's on the waterfront and very peaceful to sit outside in the sun room. Coffee is available always, I would return there anytime in in Castro! Thanks Sandro for the great visit. Hernan went above and beyond to accommodate us after a delayed ferry due to poor weather! He was very responsive and sent us information prior to arrival and during the stay! Extremely family friendly! He even brought us fresh laid eggs! Highly recommend and will return!

My partner and I were delayed and arrived extremely late at night. Claudio was very flexible, responsive and went out of his way to ensure we were able to let ourselves in. Punto Rockstar Osorno is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Osorno, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. I only stayed for a night, arriving in the evening and leaving early the next morning, so I didn't get to utilise the facilities really, but the staff and vibe was really good. And the communal kitchen area seemed really accessible for use. If you want a nice hostel social environment where you can cook and share food, then this seems like a good place.

Wonderful location, warm and comfortable beds, nice hot water showers, great common room to cook and mingle. There are many wonderful activities that can be done close by: hiking, fishing, hot water springs and more.

Very clean and quiet in a safe neighborhood. Large, bright room. Kitchen access was a bonus. The owner was polite, quick to respond, and very accommodating. Highly recommend.
