He can often be seen waiting on the street for his guests, and greets them by name. This place is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The large kitchen is well stocked with what every you need for cooking. There is a supermarket close by. The rooms are large and comfortable, the showers with very hot water, and optic fiber fast wifi! It's on the waterfront and very peaceful to sit outside in the sun room. Coffee is available always, I would return there anytime in in Castro! Thanks Sandro for the great visit. PS its a safe neighborhood but he also has secure parking for my motorcycle Highly recommended

Felt right at home in these cozy cabins! Hernan went above and beyond to accommodate us after a delayed ferry due to poor weather! He was very responsive and sent us information prior to arrival and during the stay! Extremely family friendly! He even brought us fresh laid eggs! Highly recommend and will return!

My partner and I were delayed and arrived extremely late at night. Claudio was very flexible, responsive and went out of his way to ensure we were able to let ourselves in. I only stayed for a night, arriving in the evening and leaving early the next morning, so I didn't get to utilise the facilities really, but the staff and vibe was really good. And the communal kitchen area seemed really accessible for use. If you want a nice hostel social environment where you can cook and share food, then this seems like a good place.

Wonderful location, warm and comfortable beds, nice hot water showers, great common room to cook and mingle. There are many wonderful activities that can be done close by: hiking, fishing, hot water springs and more.

Very clean and quiet in a safe neighborhood. Large, bright room. Kitchen access was a bonus. The owner was polite, quick to respond, and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Nastanitev QUETRIHUE se nahaja približno 32 km od znamenitosti Raddatz House in ponuja razgled na gore, teraso ter balkon. Without a doubt one of, if not the, best places we have ever stayed at. The home is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, like something out of a magazine, with amazing views out to the volcano. Everything has been thought of to make you really feel like you’re at home (and the whole house smells AMAZING, don’t know how they do it!!). Breakfast is fantastic, and we were a bit worried about not having a car, but you can hail the bus from right outside the house and easily get to lots of places. But the absolute best thing about this place is Cristian and Pilar. They don’t feel like hosts but friends, and nothing is too much trouble to ensure you have a great stay. Come here, you will not regret it- we didn’t want to leave!
