The hostel is super clean, located perfectly on the coast, and very welcoming. My room (double room) had a very comfortable bed and a sofa, and even a desk. Shared showers were always kept clean and had great pressure and hot water. The best of all - Sandro (the owner) really helped me plan what to see and do. I was completely clueless when i arrived, and thanks to him i had a really good time on the island. Very recommended!

Hernan went above and beyond to accommodate us after a delayed ferry due to poor weather! He was very responsive and sent us information prior to arrival and during the stay! Extremely family friendly! He even brought us fresh laid eggs! Highly recommend and will return!

My partner and I were delayed and arrived extremely late at night. Claudio was very flexible, responsive and went out of his way to ensure we were able to let ourselves in. Punto Rockstar Osorno is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Osorno, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. I only stayed for a night, arriving in the evening and leaving early the next morning, so I didn't get to utilise the facilities really, but the staff and vibe was really good. And the communal kitchen area seemed really accessible for use. If you want a nice hostel social environment where you can cook and share food, then this seems like a good place.

Very clean and quiet in a safe neighborhood. Large, bright room. Kitchen access was a bonus. The owner was polite, quick to respond, and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Boasting mountain views, QUETRIHUE features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 33 km from Pablo Fierro Museum. Without a doubt one of, if not the, best places we have ever stayed at. The home is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, like something out of a magazine, with amazing views out to the volcano. Everything has been thought of to make you really feel like you’re at home (and the whole house smells AMAZING, don’t know how they do it!!). Breakfast is fantastic, and we were a bit worried about not having a car, but you can hail the bus from right outside the house and easily get to lots of places. But the absolute best thing about this place is Cristian and Pilar. They don’t feel like hosts but friends, and nothing is too much trouble to ensure you have a great stay. Come here, you will not regret it- we didn’t want to leave!
