Everything about this hostel is perfect. From the location to the owners to the comfortability. The shared bathrooms were always spotless because of the attention to detail that the owners have, as well as the kitchen. The rooms were warm and cozy and all you need for your time on the island. They even gave me full itineraries for the days I spent on Chiloe and sent me the google maps so I would have it easily. And I followed them and saw everything! Highly recommend staying here for 1-as many nights as needed. I was there for three nights but I noticed some people were staying even longer. I would have too! Thank you for everything! Cabañas & Habitaciones Del Alto is situated in Hornopiren. This guest house has a garden and free private parking. The guest house features family rooms. Very convenient location, just a few minutes from the town, with nice views of mountains. House is well equipped for a comfortable stay. The hostess is very welcoming and helpful. She gave us recommendations about the local attractions and place to visit.

Sono stata poche ore ma ho avuto l 'impressione che fosse più di un ostello. Sono stati tutti gentilissimi, le stanze sembravano accoglienti e spaziose e soprattuto non con tanti letti attaccati gli un agli altri come ho visto in altri ostelli. Mi hanno aiutata a prenotare un taxi per l'aeroporto e mi hanno preparato un'ottima colazione con prodotti fatti in casa. Lo consiglio vivamente!

In the Front end our staff can talk in english or spanish, staff will be happy to provide guests with practical advice on the... the place is amazing. Cabin has everything you need! Staff was very nice and attentive. Perfect for a family or group of friends

And the hosts are just incredible people! It was just delightful to visit with them over breakfast. They gave us great recommendations. We have been in Chile for over a month and this is my favorite stay!

We stayed in a lovely brand new cabin close to the Ruta 7. We got a night ferry, so we only arrived at 2345, but we were warmly by Klaus. The cabana is very comfortable and warm and we had an excellent nights sleep. We had a super breakfast in the morning and were on our way down the Carretera Austral. A special place to stay
