Everything about this hostel is perfect. From the location to the owners to the comfortability. The shared bathrooms were always spotless because of the attention to detail that the owners have, as well as the kitchen. The rooms were warm and cozy and all you need for your time on the island. They even gave me full itineraries for the days I spent on Chiloe and sent me the google maps so I would have it easily. And I followed them and saw everything! Highly recommend staying here for 1-as many nights as needed. I was there for three nights but I noticed some people were staying even longer. I would have too! Thank you for everything! She gave us recommendations about the local attractions and place to visit.

Hospedaje Familiar El Encanto ligger i Puyehue, 17 km fra de varme kilder i Puyehue og 21 km fra de varme kilder i Aguas Calientes. the host Mati and his mother were very warm and welcoming. the first night we arrived late and were able to order a delicious pizza, made by Mati himself. the room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was included and were just the right amount of food to get us started on our day. Mati was very knowledgeable about the area and spoke English fluently. we very much enjoyed meeting them and their adorable dog Lucy!
