The property is new and very cozy and clean. There are two more rooms with whom you have to share the bathroom but it is a big and clean modern bathroom. There is also a living room with TV and coffee station for common use. Everything looked new and clean, we felt really home, would highly recommend.

Ühise puhkeruumiga Berggasthaus Tannalp asub Fruttis Obwaldeni piirkonnas, 35 km kaugusel Giessbachfälle'ist ja 31 km kaugusel Freilichtmuseum Ballenbergist. The location high in the mountains and far away from busy tourist stops was to its advantage. The endless views across the alpine area was extraordinary. The dinner and breakfast in cute eating area well served with friendly precision was memorable. Very clean and typically Swiss Mtn decor perfect for our family trek on Via Alpina trail.

Do not hesitate staying here. Be aware this hotel is not situated in the main hotel (the prices are higher there) and in the guest house instead, which is a short walk from this hotel. You have to walk across a bridge like structure, to access the main building, for buffet breakfast/restaurant/facilities. The buffet breakfast was incredible. Very friendly staff.
