Casa La Aventura Guasacate - Popoyo er nýuppgerð íbúð í Popoyo, nokkrum skrefum frá Popoyo-ströndinni. Boðið er upp á garð og garðútsýni. I cannot describe how much I loved this place; I was made to feel welcome and at home from the minute I arrived and so much care and thought has clearly been put into the casa. The communal spaces and garden are beautiful and spotlessly clean and I loved all the little details like your own space in the fridge and that you can buy/order in groceries and drinks. Location was super quiet and close to the beach and it was really hard to leave this little bit of heaven!

El Bamboo Cabins er staðsett í Balgue, 12 km frá Maderas-eldfjallinu, og býður upp á garð og garðútsýni. Very nice cabin, directly next to the water! good temperature due to the wind from the lake. Very Kind owner. There were good restaurants in the area and a cozy vibe. Even though it was a cabin with open window (no glass) we actually only saw a few small insects inside if any! It was clean and nice. Of course you come here for a different experience than a 5-star hotel, and that you get! We can really recommend it!!! It’s very special to stay here😃 Everything was as it should be and we would come again!

After 4 months of traveling in south and central Amerika, we’ve never met such a friendly person as Max. He gave us the warmest welcome when arriving and helped us with all our questions. The room itself is simple but is has everything you need. Safe neighborhood, stores and restaurants are 10-15 minutes walk. Just the perfect stay if you want to go to omepete afterwards. Awesome spot for a solo traveler or a couple. Quiet and private queen bedroom with full bath and separate private kitchen. Very close to both Panga and Colorado if you’re here to surf. Elise and her mother are very helpful and responsive hosts.

Super helpful and friendly host family. Hans and his mum helped me out several times and it was a pleasure to meet the family. The place had everything, was well equipped and super clean including new appliances, a big TV and even a washing machine. Rivas was an interesting small town with a nice square, church, park and a lot of small shops. I walked there every day and it took about 20 minutes.

The apartment was great! It’s a 2 bedroom downstairs in a house with a big porch. The full kitchen & bath both have hot water! There are about 8 houses on the property which is in an ideal location. Because I was a solo traveler Jan-Luc had it priced for use of only one of the bedrooms which was perfect for me. The property is surrounded by local residents which I like. There was no noise from SJDS just sounds of the surrounding neighborhood - kids playing, dogs barking, roosters & birds crowing. I actually extended my stay for almost 2 weeks. After the first week the sheets & towels were changed and the apartment was totally cleaned. Everyone was very friendly - the gardeners, the cleaning lady, the night security guard, other guests & of course, Jan-Luc. Since he lives on the property, he is very available. When I told him I had a 9 am flight out of Managua, he arranged for a taxi to pick me up at 4:30 am for a good price. The nighttime cuidador helped me meet the taxi at the front gate & the taxi driver was punctual & a safe driver.

Gististaðurinn er í San Juan del Sur, aðeins nokkrum skrefum frá San Juan del Sur-ströndinni. The location, view & connection with the is perfect. Very spaceous, nice terraces & lots of comfort (laundry machine, lots of towels, well-equiped kirchen). Loved it!

Coconut House er staðsett í El Gigante á Rivas-svæðinu og er með verönd og fjallaútsýni. Einkabílastæði eru í boði á staðnum á þessum nýlega enduruppgerða gististað. Very nice host family lives nearby. The house felt very quiet and safe.
