Lovely, modern, clean, self-contained with a well-stocked functioning kitchen. Felt like an AirBnB back home. Great location close to the surf, short 10min walk on the flat to Colorado's and 10mins to the shop in the other direction. Fully equipped for surfers with board storage area and outdoor shower. Eddie who lives there was so friendly and helpful - even gave us some of his homegrown bananas! Cannot recommend this place enough, one of our most enjoyable stays in Nicaragua

Communication was very good and easy from the start with Jan-Luc, the owner, via messages. He gave lots of information about the address and indications on how to find it, Internet password, WhatsApp number and other necessary details. He was also very nice to accept moving our dates by one day since our plans changed. The cabina Lobovista where we stayed is absolutely gorgeous, well decorated in a rustic style, on two levels. The rooms are big, as well as the bathrooms. It even has a desk space made from an old sewing machine where I could do some work. It has an open kitchen space that is very well equipped, and has lots of storage space overall. Loved the terraces, swinging chairs and hammock, where we chilled looking at the landscape. It's really close to the beach and restaurants, just a 5-10min walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially on a rainy day when we just wanted to rest and take in the landscape in such a comfy and cozy place.
