It is really spacious, light and airy, and is comfortably furnished. The location is great for visiting Bexhill (everything is walkable) and also other places along the coast, as it is so close to the train station. Sam is really friendly and was great at communicating with us. I highly recommend this place.

Everything feels new. Owner clearly has very good taste & has thought of everything. Heating was on when we arrived which was very welcome as weather quite cold. Windows on 4 sides so lots of natural light. Bread, milk, teabags & coffee all provided as well as chocolates on pillow. Plenty of power points.

And it was a pleasure to meet the host, she was so amazingly nice and helped me with my luggage. You just need to be aware that there are some quite steep steps, it is no problem at all, but should be known.

The house itself was beautiful it felt like a home from home. the garden was fantastic especially when the sun was out and the dog absolutely loved it. The beach was even closer then I had thought a simple 2/3 minute walk away which just made the whole stay even better, Sam was so so friendly we were greeted by a lovely welcoming smile and having them close by was so reassuring incase you needed them. I have already booked again for this year. we really can’t thank you enough.
