Totally refurbished in mid-2023, this self-contained flat is perfectly located in 'Little Chelsea' for all of Eastbourne's amenities. The town, train station and numerous bars and restaurants are all close by and the theatres, art galleries and seaside are about a 10 minute walk away. There is a double bed and 2 comfortable fold-out beds available and terrestrial channels, Sky and Netflix are available on a Smart TV. On-street parking permits will be provided by the host who lives on site.
The host lives in the house above and will be available to answer any questions throughout your stay.
Town centre terrace house in a quiet street very close to the town. On one side of the street there are about 10 lovely terraced house and on the other side, some very nice low-level flats. Very close to the town centre, train station, bars and restaurants. And a short walk to the seaside. On street parking permits will be provided for guests but with the train station and all of Eastbourne's amenities being so close, a car is not essential.
