Olivia was fantastic and all the staff at the Bar/Restaurant were so nice and helpful. Room was great and clean and comfy. The food was great a real Gastro Pub.

We stayed in Sam's flat for a short family holiday, and loved it. It is really spacious, light and airy, and is comfortably furnished. The location is great for visiting Bexhill (everything is walkable) and also other places along the coast, as it is so close to the train station. Sam is really friendly and was great at communicating with us. I highly recommend this place.

Located in Crowborough and only 20 km from Hever Castle, The Loft provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Modern, spacious, very clean & comfortable with lovely views. Very attractively furnished & decorated. Everything feels new. Owner clearly has very good taste & has thought of everything. Heating was on when we arrived which was very welcome as weather quite cold. Windows on 4 sides so lots of natural light. Bread, milk, teabags & coffee all provided as well as chocolates on pillow. Plenty of power points.

Located in Hastings and only less than 1 km from Hastings Beach, West Hill Retreat Seaview Balcony Loft with our House Breakfast & Free Parking provides accommodation with quiet street views, free... The Loft looks just like on the picture. It is really cozy and nice. Everything is really clean. And it was a pleasure to meet the host, she was so amazingly nice and helped me with my luggage. You just need to be aware that there are some quite steep steps, it is no problem at all, but should be known.

Set in Bexhill in the East Sussex region and Bexhill Beach reachable within 1.7 km, Beautiful Bexhill Cottage with garden 3 mins walk to beach offers accommodation with free WiFi, barbecue facilities,... The house itself was beautiful it felt like a home from home. the garden was fantastic especially when the sun was out and the dog absolutely loved it. The beach was even closer then I had thought a simple 2/3 minute walk away which just made the whole stay even better, Sam was so so friendly we were greeted by a lovely welcoming smile and having them close by was so reassuring incase you needed them. I have already booked again for this year. we really can’t thank you enough.
