The host was very responsive to questions. The flat was nicely situated - extremely convenient to the Collington Railway Station. In addition to it's great location it was bright, spacious and very clean, the kitchen was well equipped with glasses, plates, pots & pans, cutlery, and appliances.

We stayed in Sam's flat for a short family holiday, and loved it. It is really spacious, light and airy, and is comfortably furnished. The location is great for visiting Bexhill (everything is walkable) and also other places along the coast, as it is so close to the train station. Sam is really friendly and was great at communicating with us. I highly recommend this place.

Great location, very quiet and the long promenade just across the street. Inside, the apartment was very comfortable and had most of what is needed for self catering except for two things that we couldn’t find : a bread knife, and a sieve/colander, essential for anyone surely!
Large sofas for lounging and relaxing, after a ten minute walk back from any of the several great places to eat in Bexhill. We also found safe roadside parking about ten minutes away on foot, heading towards Cooden.
Great 2 bedroom apartment with good equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms , but only 1 toilet but that wasn't an issue for us as there were only 2 of us.

A small studio apartment, very clean and well designed. Excellent bed and lovely linen and towels, good sized shower, and a fridge, microwave, kettle provided. Strong Wi-Fi.

Very clean, well equipped, and nicely presented studio apartment. Perfect location for De la Warr pavilion. We were going there for a day festival and Roberto was kind enough to arrange for somewhere to leave our cases when we arrived and then delivered them to the apartment for us ready for when we came back in the evening.
Great location, very close to Collingdale railway station and easy flat walk to De La Warr Pavilion and sea front. Well furnished apartment with off street parking. Would stay again, if the need ever arose.
Roberto was the perfect host, the studio was super clean, modern and very comfortable with everything you would need for a short stay.
Although the unit is situated at the back of a row of shops and the outlook is a bit scruffy the studio itself is lovely and we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.
Great little studio apartment, though small had everything we needed for a couple of nights and would have been fine for longer. Brilliant location very close to shops restaurants and De La Warr centre, and parking, though not on site was easy to find in the vicinity. Highly recommend it
