Good location. Easy to get around. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Easy drive to the beach. There is a loft at the apartment, my kids loved it and wanted to sleep there instead of the normal bed.

Self catering one bed apartment in a fantastic quiet location near the river but 5 minutes walk into town a welcome basket was provided and the shower and bed were superb.With the windows closed at night you could here nothing and sitting next to the river with the door open or on the balcony was amazing.
Spacious flat with everything and more that you could ever need. Lovely host family. Very private and safe. Comfortable room and bathroom. Lovely big kitchen for self catering. Big lounge area too with plenty of brochures if things to do and recommendations. Highly recommend as a base to discover this quaint area. Very well located. Close to station and bus.
Beautiful location and well positioned for surrounding towns and attractions. Apartment (Loft) was a great size, bedroom a little small but still lovely, equipped with everything you need, parking space. Owners very friendly and helpful. Outside seating great. Private and not overlooked, peaceful, beautiful grounds and a bench to watch the sunset and the lambs with a glass of wine!
The apartment was centrally located and has everything you need to enjoy a short stay in Rye. We picked up the keys from a lock box outside and check in was easy enough.
The loft room was fantastic, it had everything we needed; it was cozy, efficient and cute all in one. My partner and I slept so well, the flat was very clean and absolutely beautiful, and I'd definitely stay here again.
A super clean, bright and modern apartment with a great view of the river and local birdlife. Short walk to centre of Rye. Great shower room with drench shower. Well equipped kitchen with welcome provisions. Lovely comfy bed. Would definitely recommend 👌
Lovely and clean, great parking (with EV charger), Yasmin and James very responsive on message. We were very lucky with the weather and the loft apartment did get hot, but a lovely touch providing us with two very good quailing fans!
Very well equipped rental, a home away from home. Everything was great. We stayed over Christmas, and there was even a tree, a breakfast hamper, and a starter kit. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were also appreciated.
Communication and information from the letting agency were great too.
The house is next door to a pub and a few hundred metres from a convenience store and gas station which open from 0600-2200...very useful.
Off road parking for 2 cars.
