Located just 3.5 km from Sigiriya Rock, Sigiri Rangana Guesthouse offers accommodation in Sigiriya with access to free bikes, a garden, as well as luggage storage space. The host was wonderful and extremely helpful, especially with organising tuktuks to help get us around. The breakfast was great and so was the dinner! And the host was always offering tea which was lovely. The room is so spacious, two very comfy double beds. Very clean. Great location, peaceful! Would definitely stay here again.

The family is extremely kind, and the kids adorable.the owner and his wife prepared a very tasty dinner and breakfast, and arranged a tuk tuk whenever we needed. Highly recommend!

To go and try and spot a slender loris on a night walk? Manju will sort it for you. The breakfasts I had were delicious. An excellent place to stay!

The remote setting was great, but still close enough to do things like Sigiriya, also the host are amazing!!! Took us to a nearby lake to swim where you could see both the mountains.... The family owners are so kind and helpful with our stay. The brothers are very accommodating when it comes to helping to plan your itinerary for Sigiriya and giving suggestions for what to do. They serve a big breakfast every morning, nice and peaceful pool. The brothers even helped us arrange transport back to the airport. The bed and air conditioning in the room was comfortable.

This lovely homestay is situated in beautiful tropical gardens. My hosts were the nicest and kindest hosts I can ever remember having. The husband and wife looked after me like I was a family friend. The breakfast and dinner they served me was incredible, but it was the thoughtful glass of juice and biscuits or cup of tea which was the icing on the cake. They organised a safari for me at a very reasonable price, and one morning my host took me in his tuktuk to climb the rock. I felt so safe with them and can't wait to return and stay with them again one day. It is a very hot area so I recommend you upgrade to the air conditioned room.
