As previous reviewers note, the neighborhood is not hip but the inside of the house is refurbished and clean. Everything in the house worked as it should. There's nothing to complain about. It's an incredible value.

A tastefully modernized house in perfect condition. Small but cozy living room and two small bedrooms on the upper floor (2+1). Well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Our host Lee was very helpful and easy to reach via WhatsApp. We thoroughly enjoyed the house.

Dalam 2.4km dari Stesen Kereta Api York dan 1.9km dari York Minster, Hartoft St - 2 bed near river mempunyai WiFi percuma dan teres. Rumah percutian ini menawarkan penginapan dengan patio. Hartoft St is an absolute gem of a place. Our group consisted of two adults and two kids and it was the perfect base for our trip to York. The location is ideal - 30 seconds walk to the river and a 15 minute walk into the heart of York along the river or by the main roads. Parking is available outside and we had no problem finding a space. The property itself has everything you need and we found it to be a truly welcoming and comfortable setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here.

Dalam 1.8km dari Pantai Cleethorpes dan 33km dari Cadwell Park, Mews house 5 minutes walk from the sea menyediakan WiFi percuma dan bar. We travelled to the area to visit our son and this was a fabulous little find. We normally travel as a couple but this time we were accompanied by our other son (in his thirties). The property had absolutely everything you could ask for and was immaculate and clean. Like home from home. The owners were also very helpful and timely with replies and information. Would definitely recommend and 100% would stay again (although I can imagine it is rarely available). Thank you so much.
