A tastefully modernized house in perfect condition. Small but cozy living room and two small bedrooms on the upper floor (2+1). Well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Our host Lee was very helpful and easy to reach via WhatsApp. We thoroughly enjoyed the house.

Situated in York, Hartoft St - 2 bed near river is a recently renovated accommodation, 2.4 km from York Railway station and 1.9 km from York Minster. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the holiday home free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is set 35 km from Bramham Park. Hartoft St is an absolute gem of a place. Our group consisted of two adults and two kids and it was the perfect base for our trip to York. The location is ideal - 30 seconds walk to the river and a 15 minute walk into the heart of York along the river or by the main roads. Parking is available outside and we had no problem finding a space. The property itself has everything you need and we found it to be a truly welcoming and comfortable setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here.

We normally travel as a couple but this time we were accompanied by our other son (in his thirties). The property had absolutely everything you could ask for and was immaculate and clean. Like home from home. The owners were also very helpful and timely with replies and information. Would definitely recommend and 100% would stay again (although I can imagine it is rarely available).
