Clean and spacious bungalow, excellent value for money, just a short distance outside Monteverde. Great choice for staying in Monteverde, easy to reach with the car. The staff at reception could only speak Spanish, but that was not a problem for us (and in any case, there is always google translate, or similar). Very comfortable accommodation - highly recommended. Also appreciated the washer/dryer.

The pool has the most incredible views. There are no bugs in the evenings so you can sit outside and enjoy the jungle noises. You are able to book dinner which was delicious and would recommend. The work and effort that goes into this place is amazing. There are a number of walking trails which we enjoyed including a swim in the river. This is a very special place to stay. Oh you get nice white cotton sheets and great towels!!

Very positive experience! The houses are immersed in the nature, stunning sunset views and we particularly enjoyed waking up with nature sounds. The room was very clean and with all necessary amenities, also very close to the main Santa Teresa road. Sereen and Sophie have been very available to help and answer any questions we had about pur travel (e.g., best routes to take - advice for travelers, always get a 4by4 car!) Highly recommend The Green House!
