(Stafford, five miles away, is the place to pick up the supplies for all of this – although do leave some space for the fresh free-range eggs available to buy on site.) We had our own fenced off area with lovely views and was able to keep the dog in his own area too with no problems. The cows was a great way to desensitise him! Loved it. We had a lovely BBQ which Jayne gave to us to cook on, she was a very welcoming and friendly host.

The room and furnishings are modern and clean. Lots of light, generous breakfast with home made jam and friendly hosts. Perfect.

This was a great location for visiting Cannock Chase. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It was very well kept and felt quite spacious and with two separate bedrooms, it worked well for our group. We had great communication from Stan who was a very welcoming and helpful host. Great to have good offstreet parking available.
