The reception process was quick, easy and very friendly. The room and facilities were excellent. Tea/coffee/biscuits and a little kitchen next door. The bed was super comfy.
2 bedrooms separated by the kitchenette was perfect for our needs
Bar and grill downstairs / adjacent was family orientated, excellent in both quality of food and service from the lovely staff and reasonably priced too!
The room was clean, comfortable and just the right size, with some thoughtful and welcoming touches. Great shower in the en-suite bathroom. Check-in information was comprehensive and informative about facilities and amenities. Didn't use the shared kitchen but it seemed clean and well-equipped. Had an excellent night's sleep - if there was any town centre noise then it didn't disturb me.
Location was absolutely brilliant, right in the centre of town. Justin rang me to check what time I would be arriving, he met us promptly to give us our keys, explain the locks and show us to our room. He also provided us with a kettle and showed us the kitchen and laundering facilities (not that we needed them, but just in case). The room was kitted out, everything was clean and the shower was great.
There were a few local residents and some others staying, however, we didn't see or hear anyone else in the building.
Ideally located for where we were visiting. Great value and very well appointed and comfortable rooms. Small kitchenette available, and drinks available from the bar downstairs. Would recommend.
Lovely staff member at checkin. Spotlessly clean room and well-appointed. Loved the kitchenette feature and had a great burger in the Lymdale Grill next door (gluten free too!)
Perfect hotel! Separate entrance to upper level rooms from the pub which is great! Nonetheless very easy to get to if you fancy a nice a decent priced drink during a quick stay over. You can tell the rooms have been done up recently to a very nice standard. Spotless clean! Comfy beds, great shower and all amenities in room from mini fridge to USB sockets right on each side of the bed! I really appreciated the extra kitchenette available to guests to heat up a microwave meal and what not. Thanks!
