Nanny Goat Rest At Ashlands Farm, hotel in Rugeley

Nanny Goat Rest At Ashlands Farm offers accommodations in Abbots Bromley, 19 miles from Alton Towers and 20 miles from Drayton Manor Theme Park.

The ease of parking right by the door, not having to walk several corridors, wait for lifts or upstairs to get to room. I have a health condition so was relieved that walking far was not an issue. Very clean accommodation and very relaxing being in the countryside.

Woodleighton Cottages, hotel in Rugeley

Woodleighton Cottages is located in Uttoxeter, a 5-minute walk from Uttoxeter Racecourse and 7 miles from Alton Towers. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woodleighton Cottages. From the welcome pack which greeted us on our arrival to the checking in from Rachel over the duration of our stay to see if everything was okay or whether we needed anything or help with anything. It was truly a 1st Class service and most definitely a 5 star accommodation. The Cottages are a short distance to the race course or to the town centre. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending Woodleighton to our family and friends .

Property was very clean and tidy, perfect for a solo traveller or couple. The rooms let a lot of natural light in which was lovely, TV has everything you need (Netflix, Prime, Disney etc as well as free-view). The Kitchen has a good range of utensils so cooking was no struggle. Complementary Tea and Coffee (no milk). Less than 5 minute walk to open fields to wonder around as well as a children's play area nearby. Bed and sofa were very comfortable.

Location was perfect for where I was travelling for work. Host was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Property is very spacious and clean, kitchen and bathrooms are lovely! I didn't have a chance to use the garden but I believe there is also a BBQ! I would definitely stay here again.

Buttercross Cottage is a charming old cottage thoughtfully equipped for a very comfortable holiday. Located in a beautiful village with lots of walks and eating out places on the doorstep. Genuinely dog friendly, a very well equipped kitchen, great bathroom, comfy beds and the private little courtyard off the sitting room much appreciated during the summer weather.
