Firstly, thank you so much.
All information was provide before our stay.
When we arrived keys were in a locked box which was easily obtainable.
We entered the apartment and it was clean, all appliances available.. toaster, kettle and even a dishwasher.
There was clean bedding.. coffee, butter, bread and jam for the morning. Board games available, TVs all working.
There was a shop across the road with good open times.
Parking available at the front, with spaces available on the streets close by.
Beds were comfy and we all slept great.
Thanks again, will definitely book a visit again soon.

My stay at Cross Court was absolutely great. I am so pleased by how amazing the facility was, and I have no complaints. It definitely exceeded my expectations. I stayed at the apartment for 16 days, visiting my daughters who live in the area. The bus transportation was literally right there. I would catch the bus, and it would pick me up and drop me off right in front of the apartment. It is definitely an ideal place to stay. Close to town, everything! It had everything I needed. Cooking utensils, pots, everything. Stores were close to purchasing food, the town area, stores, everywhere that I needed to go and be was quite close just by a bus ride. The people in stafford that i encountered were so friendly and nice, I mean the full works. If I had any issues or questions, Kate was a great help. No matter what the situation was, she always gave a solution, and she made it work and had an answer for the issues no matter what time of the day it was. I would be sitting here again once there is availability because I was so pleased. I am quite particular about places and where I am to rest my head, but this please was absolutely superb. For my first visit to the UK, my first visit was wonderful because staying at Cross Court was the best choice. Thank you for having me.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woodleighton Cottages. From the welcome pack which greeted us on our arrival to the checking in from Rachel over the duration of our stay to see if everything was okay or whether we needed anything or help with anything. It was truly a 1st Class service and most definitely a 5 star accommodation. The Cottages are a short distance to the race course or to the town centre. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending Woodleighton to our family and friends .

Price and location. Lady who showed us around was lovely. Great hot shower. Didn’t use the kitchen facilities as we were only staying after a wedding. The motel very kindly let us check in early so we could get to the wedding on time.
Lovely clean self catering 1 bed apartment. Nice shower, (although a few more toiletries wouldn't go amiss) Comfy bed. Living area and kitchen very nice. Just across road from a big Tesco for supplies and central to Town.
Was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, The Manager Rob was very welcoming as we arrived late. We also had use of the kitchen. Would deliver stay again on our travels .
Great location, has convenient bits like an air fryer in the kitchen which would be handy but we didn't use it.

I'd definitely book this place (we were in flat 4) again.
Really convenient location for the train station, the town centre and grocery store. Very clean and well laid out, with all the essentials in the kitchen. Sofabed for the kids, with extra bedding. Kelly, the manager, was excellent, kept close communication before our stay and throughout.
Very helpful and welcoming staff. Good sized room with great bathroom/shower and kitchenette, and everything was very clean and well presented. In a good location on the edge of town, easy to get to and with the bonus of a car park at the rear. There was a lovely guest lounge downstairs. Short walk to a pub with good food.
Loved it all - had pretty much everything you could think of - lots of thoughtful touches throughout

My son loved having a little swim in the hot tub and cuddling on the sofa in front of the fire.
