The lobby and the hotel itself has a high-end, boutique style hotel atmosphere and vibe. It’s right near the train station which helps on overcoming the Bangkok traffic. The breakfast was out of this world! Overall it was a brilliant stay and I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was super comfortable, the shower was great, the staff was very helpful, great steam room, the message was excellent, room service. Everything you need is there, from restaurants, pool, spa, if you want to relax and avoid the busy life in Bangkok. They also have a peer with free shuttle to Iconsiam and other places. This is a great 5 star hotel at an affordable price. FYI: upon check-in they ask for a deposit which cannot be payed by debit card, only credit card or cash.

This is one of the best hotels I've been to! And I travel a lot! From breakfast which has food from all over the world (Thai, Japanese, Indian, Western.....), to great massage in the Spa and wonderful swimming pool, everything is top notch! The staff is super friendly and our kids loved it. Rooms are spacious and beautifuly designed. Famous Shopping mall, called Siam Paragon is 3 minutes away and there you can find everything From designer brands to Sea Life Aquarium with real sharks!

Excellent service, fantastic breakfast and just it was just wonderful to spend the time at one of the swimming pools. The hotel has a direct entry to the BTS station which makes moving around very smooth.

Staffs very attentive; they didn't mind to deliver our online-ordered food from lobby to the room. Also they offered extra blanket and pillow for us (we used the sofa as bed, and they allowed this 😀 ). I noticed most of the reviews stated that it's hard to get grabtaxi, but that's not what happened to me. We easily get grabtaxi from hotel.

This was serious HEAVEN. Super luxurious, great staff, enormous room and fantastic beds. Never wanted to leave.
