The room is nicely prepared for 3 pax and the hotel personnel are quick to answer my questions prior arriving ensuring that I booked the correct room. Is a boutique, small & cozy hotel to spend your time in the room and have some family time. The hotel is located at the Chiang Mai old city and is convenient to walk a little to temples and even restaurants. One of the nights I grab food and it was a recognisable place, so thumbs up. And we had tour packages and the picked up from hotel is smooth without much problem too!

Located among Thailand’s highest mountains, Chiang Mai is the beloved, idyllic and somewhat mystic capital of the North. Offering more than 300 temples, it is considered one of the most important cultural centres in the country.
Despite being Thailand's fifth-largest city, Chiang Mai still keeps a relaxed and laidback feel. Modernity, trendy shops and boutique hotels haven’t altered much of its picturesque and peaceful atmosphere.
This reputation is partly due to its proximity to mountains and lush green areas, like Doi Suthep Mountain and its panoramic Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep temple. The Doi Inthanon National Park is 60 km away and comprises Thailand’s highest mountain.
Hotels in Chiang Mai’s old city centre are a popular choice, offering a more picturesque experience, with its moat and older temples. Chiang Mai hotels can also be found around the Chang Klhan Rd, where the famous Night Bazaar takes place.
The city’s nightlife runs along the Loi Kroh Rd, while Ratchadamneon Rd hosts the main Sunday night pedestrian market. Don’t forget to buy an umbrella from Bo Sang and eat a bowl of kao soi.
Whether you arrive at Chiang Mai International Airport or come by land from Bangkok, don’t miss 'The Rose of the North' deals on Booking.com!
People are friendly and easy to find local foods. The different markets are interesting. Transportation by Grab was fantastic. Loved the local markets of white market, Jing Jai Market and Anusara Market.
Sadly since stay was short did not travel to see the elephant sanctuary or hiking and play the zip line

First time there, spent most of it doing the Mae Hong Son Loop but the days we had there were pretty good. Plenty of markets as usual and driving can be a challenge aroung the central parts. The Sunday night street market was huge! We'll be back again.

Chiang Mai’s weather was cooler but also rainy on those days...
Chiang Mai’s weather was cooler but also rainy on those days (Aug) we were there. The hotel & other facilities like spas & restaurants will provide umbrellas & shelter guests to their vehicles or premises. Food can be spicy even with single chilli indication.
Terrace Seafood is over-rated, not worth the value except for the fried fish, so choose menu wisely. Saiyut restaurant is unique & food like art but quite a distance to travel. Their appetiser platter was so interesting & artistically presented with 10 mini appetisers. However their desserts were far too sweet.
Food at Ginger Farm kitchen was good but spicy. One Nimman, next to Ginger Farm interring to explore for arty-farty gifts & souvenirs.

Avoid trip to Chiang Rai - blue temple/ white temple etc it’s a very long way, really, really busy. They are both very new and have a touch of the ‘Disney’ about them.
Great day out - ancient ruins or real old town of Chiang Mai - hidden secret.
We also went to the Discovery museum of the highland people, again a bit different.
Enjoyed elephant sanctuary - Into the Wild - ethical, away from the roads, up in the hills, no enclosures for the elephants.
Saturday and Sunday walking markets were great fun too.
We ate where the locals ate. The food was always good.
Getting round Chiang Mai was easy by foot, tuk tuk, red van or taxi.

It's a must visit when in Thailand.
It's a must visit when in Thailand. The quaint old city is perfect for wandering and exploring. The river side is pretty at night and the lively night market scene is like no other. Amazing food options abound. Nice place to relax!
The hotel offers great value for money. It is in a good location in the Old City; a convenience store (7-eleven) and pharmacy (Boots) are close by. The room we stayed in (villa 5) is spacious. The outside sitting area feels bigger than what is shown in the hotel photos. The staff, in particular the lady at the front desk, are so friendly and helpful. They gave us good tips (such as where we may find the best Khao Soi in the area) and went our their way to make our stay enjoyable. They are such wonderful people……
Mrs Alice at the counter is very helpful and attentive always with a smile. Mrs Bee at the entrance of the breakfast room greets you every morning with a smile and does always have the time for a little small talk. Many thanks.
Room cleaning good. Breakfast ok.
Location of the Airport Greenery Hotel for shopping and transport to the city good (can walk to the old city walls in 20 minutes or use YELLOW car for actual 20 Baht/person).
The hotel has two buildings. One older than then other. We had two rooms, one in each building. The new one was nicer!
The location is good within the old city. The swimming pool is bigger than expected. Breakfast is fairly good if you like Thai dishes. If continental, omelettes and fried eggs are already cooked. Filtered coffee.
Staff very helpful and kind.
Lee Chiang Hotel is in a quiet area in the Old City center. Many temples are within walking distance and there was lots to do in areas nearby.
The hotel owner is an exceptional and charismatic host, always willing to help! Quite possibly the best host we've ever had.
Thapaeplacehotel Twins Hotel, within a 5 min walk of Old City , and Night Bazaar. Tucked away from all the hustle and bustle that is Chiang Mai.So very peaceful and quiet.Excellent staff spotless rooms.
