Perfect to discover the Japanese culture and habits. A special mention for then outdoor bath with a nice view on the Tokyo tower.

Ryokan Nakadaya ligger i Tokyo, knappt 1,5 km från Sensoji-templet och 2,2 km från Tokyo Skytree. Här erbjuds boende med en gemensam lounge. I had a fabulous stay, the owner was so nice and made the experience so wonderful. The rooms are clean and are cleaned daily. Toilets/showers are also kept clean. The showers had strong water pressure. WiFi was really fast. Location is good with a 10 min walk to the train station. I enjoyed the Japanese experience of sleeping in Ryokan. The owner gave many recommendations for Tokyo and also where is the best place for souvenirs rather than touristic locations which I wouldn't have discovered without the local knowledge so I am really thankful for that.

Ito Ryokan har ett perfekt läge i området Chuo Ward i Tokyo, 2 minuters promenad från Amazake Yokocho Shopping Street, 400 m från Genyadana Monument och 6 minuters promenad från Sankatsu Yukata... Feel like home, Staff are the best, The Manager is very well English Speaking, she is full of service mind and well-educated. She is so kind. I met all 6 staff differently for 3 days staying. Location is good, near 2 metro/subway lines. We can go anywhere in Tokyo. I reserved a single room, and I felt so happy to stay here. I could sleep so well. The aircondition is cold enough to help releasing hot summer.

Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa Hanakohro ligger i Tokyo, 2,3 km från Ebisu Garden Place. Här finns även en restaurang. Alla rum på detta ryokan har luftkonditionering och platt-TV. Absolutely loved this place. The staff was incredibly kind, breakfast was great, and the beds were so comfy.

Ryokan Sansuiso ligger bara 450 meter från tågstationen JR Gotanda på Yamanote-linjen. Här erbjuds traditionellt japanskt boende med tatamigolv, futonsängar och gratis Wi-Fi. Jättemysigt boende, perfekt läge nära stationen och yamanote line, jättetrevlig personal!! Alltid välstädat

Ryokan Kamogawa Asakusa is a 2-minute walk from Kaminarimon and Sensoji Temple. Asakusa Subway Station is a 5-minute walk away. Bath, good air con, reasonably sized room. Super friendly staff who offered to take a photo of me in front of the skytree.

Tokyo inn Sakura An ligger i Tokyo, 1 minuters promenad från Tokyo Origami Museum, och har gratis cyklar, rökfria rum samt gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen. It was located in a nice corner of Asakusa. A bit of a walk and definitely cold during winter. But nice walk nonetheless. Host was superb and so friendly.

Nobori erbjuder boende i Ome, 42 km från Takao-berget och 46 km från Sanrio Puroland. Varje boendeenhet på denna ryokan med 2 stjärnor har utsikt över bergen samt gratis WiFi. It was stunning. I love staying at these kind of places, it is so special. These are accommodations which are run by the families of ( former) priests of the temple. They live in the house too, but you don't see or hear them much. The house was stunning, I love the old architecture. The food they made was SO good and much, I was always full. If you do not like sleeping on futons, this is not an option for you. The view on shimmering tokyo was stunning. The room was big and had its own bathroom. The women shared hot bath was clean and nice to use. I have been treaded nicely and with respect.
