The staff is very friendly. Everyday they would clean the room、take out the trash and keep the room so tidy. The room have Japanese Style that Tatami room is so great. We also have a lot of space to take a rest in busy Tokyo.

They gave us great advice and tourist places to visit each day as we toured different districts within Tokyo. The place is comfortable, practical and within our budget. They offer free laundry, towels and snacks. They even provide umbrellas if it rains! The place is within walking distance to convenience stores and subway stations. We definitely would come back to stay here when we visit Japan again. Thank you to Tatsuo and Yoshiko for your kindness and generosity!!! We liked everything and were very happy with our choice. All was perfect... the room, the breakfest, the whole property, the location and the kindness of staff. You cannot find a better ryokan in TYO for this price. We can only recommend and would stay in this ryokan again. Thank you!

I liked that it was isolated from busy city Tokyo and that it was super close to nature and the mountain. The hospitality of the host was unmatched, the food dishes were delicious and hearty. I saw a tanuki the first day of the trip. It was an amazing day even when it’s rainy, because you can stay inside and relax.
