The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. The rooms and villas were both homely and elegant; the views were astounding. The food (breakfast and dinner) were exceptional as well. But the main highlight was the staff that were very attentive and took care of all our needs.

The rooms were spacious and very traditional, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The location was close to for example Hyotan Onsen and the Jigoku sights as well as Kannawa bus station for easy access to a quick trip to Myoban as well. Every morning we got boiled onsen eggs outside our door and there were filter coffee bags and hot water in the kitchen. Miho went out of her way to help us out at every turn!

The location and serenity were like none other. The staff was so kind and provided an incredible atmosphere. The food was 12/10, I would go back just to try more seasonal favorites.

The hotspring baths are amazing, the rooms are beautiful, the staff goes above and beyond and the food is quite the experience. If you come here i would also recommend checking out the bar. The bartender is very nice and made us some amazing cocktails. I can recommend his "rose petal mojito".

All guest rooms in the ryokan are fitted with a flat-screen TV. The rooms are fitted with a private bathroom with free toiletries, while certain rooms will provide you with mountain views. All units will provide guests with a desk and a kettle. Excellent service and friendly staff. No problems communicating since there were English and Chinese speaking staff as well. Hot springs were nice. Clean rooms.

The accommodation provides a hot spring bath, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Well, not quite sure how but we got the best room in the place. Six tatami bedroom with an eight tatami living room, terrace onto a private zen garden, and en suite toilet. The onsen are great, with a large shared onsen inside a cave (gender segregated), and a private bath available by booking. The bar with an open fire is a great place to relax after the onsen.

Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a lift and full-day security, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The ryokan has family rooms. This is our second time in this Beautiful hotel, With an ocean view and very spacious and confortable room including private onsen. Breakfast offers the best quality western and japanese food we had so far, personel is very helpfull. Strongly recommend this hotel.
