Onsen Guest House Tsutaya är ett 2-stjärnigt boende beläget i Hakone, 6,5 km från Hakone-Yumoto station och 48 km från Fuji-Q Highland. Vi bodde i ett mycket fint och rymligt familjerum med egen balkong och utsikt över det skogsbevuxna berget där ljudet från vattenfallet nedanför kunde höras. Vi älskade onsen med de varna baden. Mycket trevliga gemensamma utrymmen där man kunde förbereda eget frukost.

Hakone・Ashinoko Hanaori erbjuder en terrass med utsikt över sjön Ashi, en varm källa och en bastu. Boendet ligger 2 minuters promenad från stationen Togendai längs linbanan Hakone Ropeway. we loved the onsen on our room + the yukata and food

Hakone Kowakien Tenyu öppnade i april 2017 och har rum i japansk stil med tatamigolv och utomhusbad eller varma källbad av lergods från Shigaraki. Staff are very attentive and friendly.

Boasting rare nigori-yu milky water hot spring baths and , Mount View Hakone offers Japanese-style rooms and Japanese delicacies. Very good experience, I recommend the private onsen ! Breakfast and dinner were impressive, and the staff paid attention to our alimentary request The tatami bed very surprisingly confortable !

Opened in 1878, Fujiya Hotel features Meiji Era architecture set in Hakone’s natural beauty. Everything was just simply amazing, best hotel experience, highly recommended to ANYONE. Onsen on the top floor was fantastic, must try the Japanese traditional breakfast in the morning!!!

Amazing value for 2 top tier multiple course meals per day, lovely and quiet baths, and a great room. Friendly staff showed us around and the rules and accommodations were all very sensible. We were set up to have a relaxing time. The meals alone were worth the booking cost. I look forward to returning.

YUPOPPO Hakone ligger i Hakone, 12 km från Hakone-Yumoto station, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en gemensam lounge och en restaurang. This is our very first ryokan experience and we were super impressed by Mr. Dai’s service. We stayed here for two nights, and there was room service where he cleaned the room, replenished our toiletries and drinking water, and provided another set of neatly folded yukatas. We also enjoyed our private onsen session every night, the water was not too hot hence we could soak and relax comfortably for a long time. Mr. Dai is also very kind to keep our luggage before check in and after check out so we can explore Hakone without dragging the luggage around. I have read from the other comments that it was steep going up to Yupoppo, but honestly, there is nothing to worry about. We came with 2 large luggage that were about 20kgs each, and had no issue going up the hill. (It was just a short hill to climb and was flat afterwards, about 7mins walk from the bus stop)

Very personalised service from all staff. The front line staff Mr Wada was very patient and kind in explaining all the information and the chauffeur even went extra mile to bring us to Mount Fuji for photo-taking even though it is not part of the route to the hotel.
