The indoor and outdoor onsen were beautiful and comfortable, as was the lounge. The staff was also exceptionally friendly. This is an excellent choice for a traditional onsen experience with modern comfort.

Boasting rare nigori-yu milky water hot spring baths and , Mount View Hakone offers Japanese-style rooms and Japanese delicacies. The private and public onsen were wonderful. They had a lot of variety for the dinner and breakfast. Everything was very clean. The best part was the very nice staff, especially during the meals. I’m terrible with names, but I especially appreciate the waiter who helped us who was originally from Nepal. There was also an older gentleman who made origami for our kids, but every person we me was super kind and genuine. It was also good that many of the staff spoke good English as my Japanese is very limited.

Opened in 1878, Fujiya Hotel features Meiji Era architecture set in Hakone’s natural beauty. the hotel facilities were great , the room was huge ; there is free shutteles from the hotel to the train station

Best customer service, clean, wonderful experience. Food was excellent. Easy to purchase items such as sake and dessert cookies. Arranged for our taxis and shuttle service. Room was spacious and lovely with a wonderful view. Highly recommend.

Hakone Miyanoshita Myojokan menawarkan penginapan di Hakone berhampiran Stesen Kowakudani dan Muzium Terbuka Hakone. The cleanest property we have ever stayed at in Japan. The rooms were very comfortable and the onsen was very nice to use. Location was great - close to bus stops and a train station, easy to get to Hakone landmarks. The owner was so accomodating and gave us many tips and advice for our stay in Hakone.

The place was like a great dream , in the heart of the forest. The staff were very friendly specially Asato-san . The location is great if you plan to visit Hakone , beside the bus stop , there is a big 7-eleven 1 bus stop away or 13 min or less walk.
