We have been in so many full board resorts in Japan. Here is the best home cooked breakfast. Better than namy luxurious resort in the region. Love the wooden floor of the hotel, it creative & unique. The host was best, friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to her new resort near by.

Offering river views, Oirase Guest house KEIGETSU is an accommodation set in Towada, 32 km from Lake Towada and 20 km from Sukayu Onsen. It is a family run amall inn. We had half board n the food for bothdiner n bf was so good n sumptuous. The charges were well worth and location was so convenient that is just at the beginning of oirase gorge.

Situated in Aomori and only 20 km from Sannai-Maruyama site, Yadoya Tsubaki features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The location was excellent. The town itself is also very quaint and calming. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Always willing to assist even though my Japanese is very poor. There was also a lot of advertising in the accommodation of what was going on locally which was really nice.

Located at the foot of Mount Hakkoda, Hotel Jogakura provides mountain resort accommodation boasting natural hot spring baths, saunas and gorgeous Japanese meals. Beautiful tatami room, stunning scenery, relaxing baths, and the best dinner and breakfast I’ve ever had! Very much worth the trip.

Iroha Ryokan sijaitsee vain 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä JR Aomorin rautatieasemalta. Iroha Ryokan tarjoaa yksinkertaisia japanilaistyylisiä huoneita, joissa on taulu-tv. It’s a 5 minutes walk from the main station to the small locally owned inn. The single room with the tatami mats has more than enough space for a solo traveller, and there is hot water provided every day along with light refreshments. The owner is also courteous and nice. Overall I love the homely atmosphere this accommodation has. They didn’t offer meal service but they were very happy to recommend great restaurants around.
