Lovely staffs were excellent provided very good customer service. We just stayed 1 night at Chinese Spring festival, the reception manager was very kindly to upgraded sea view room for us. All staffs are polite and helpful. The location is excellent that we could walk to the beach in 2 minutes. There was many choice of breakfast with different variety. Our rooms were vey clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay and will definitely recommend to our friends when they come to Sousse. 在中国新年初一来到酒店，前台经理为我们送上祝福并升级了海景房。所有的员工都非常友善，保安、门卫、行李员、洗衣房的员工、早餐厅员工。 酒店走到海滩只要2分钟，保安设施令人感受到安全，酒店价格也很便宜。

This hotel with 2 swimming pools. It offers a spa including massage treatments. Each en suite room includes a balcony with a view of the garden or the sea. This is an excellent hotel for both families, couples and singles. First we met the reseotionists who were very nice and welcoming. Smiled and asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Especially a lady working there named monira was very inclusive and wanted the best for you. The food tasted excellent. There was plenty to choose from and the food tasted good. The people who worked at the restaurant took plates as soon as you finished and were good at cleaning up. I drank my fantan and got a refill right away, didn't have to ask for a refill even once. They really see you and follow you. Excellent restaurant and food. Nothing to complain about. There are some people who work who call themselves animation people who will entertain the tourists. They are very helpful and good at entertaining both adults and children. They make you feel welcome and include you in everything. Will come and ask you and you will join and do his best for you, so that you feel good and thrive. They include and see everyone. The room we got was very nice, nice warm colors that were comfortable. The bed was soft and good to lie in. It smelled clean when we entered the door and that's right, the room was clean. The bedclothes were clean too. Super satisfied with the stay. Will of course return. And we were there around winter time and the hotel was so good. Tiptop thumbs up

The room size was perfect and the beds were excellent. The food was good. We are vegetarians but the options were more than sufficient for us. The staff including the restaurant managers were very helpful and took care to show the vegetarian food that were available every time we went to restaurant. Staff in general are very helpful and cheerful. The beach is very good and clean. There are ample sun beds both near the numerous pools and also the beach. Taxis are easily available right outside the gates, but those might charge higher/flat rate and hence suggest you cross the main road to take passing taxis which put the meter, to go to the medina, louvage station. Taxis are very reasonably priced. El Jem is a great day trip from here. You could go to Monastir in the afternoon. Bus, louvage or taxis could be used. We went to Kairouan as well.

We stayed here for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary. The best thing we liked here was the staff. Especially Mr. Hamdi the receptionist was very helpful and was very polite in fulfilling every request I had. Also the cleaning staff were very good to us. As it was our anniversary, they decorated our room beautifully and also providied us with an anniversary cake free of cost. Loved the service. The most beautiful resort I have been to in Tunisia. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a trip in Sousse.

Located in Port El Kantaoui, the Sentido Bellevue Park has a private beach area, outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities. Featuring a garden, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free... So friendly staff, everyone in the hotel is smiling and working with a positive spirit. Great location. Wonderful beach. Mr. Mokhtar in the restaurant is an icon. Employees in the reception were unbelievably friendly. The hotel is full of facilities.
