We stayed here for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary. The best thing we liked here was the staff. Especially Mr. Hamdi the receptionist was very helpful and was very polite in fulfilling every request I had. Also the cleaning staff were very good to us. As it was our anniversary, they decorated our room beautifully and also providied us with an anniversary cake free of cost. Loved the service. The most beautiful resort I have been to in Tunisia. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a trip in Sousse.

Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay offers air-conditioned rooms in Port El Kantaoui. This 5-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The staff were amazing many thanks to the reception team Mr souhail for his kind welcoming, mr hedi and youssef 3 of them were nice and helpful. Especially mr souhail he made our stay with his professional and welcoming approach.

Very welcoming staffs at the reception and restaurant. Mrs Hayet, Mr. Ali, chef Kurdi and the rest of the team. While checking-in, they upgraded our rooms to pool/sea view. We asked for late check out and we got one room till 6pm! Staff at the restaurant took extra care and prepared special gluten-free meals for my wife being a coeliac. Overall, it was an exceptional stay!!

This hotel with 2 swimming pools. It offers a spa including massage treatments. Each en suite room includes a balcony with a view of the garden or the sea. First of all everything you need is in the resort and you don't have to go out. The staff are so helpful with great attitude. Especial thanks to Lubna for her welcoming and assistance with our needs. Also thanks to Sr. Sami, Waleed and Mohammed for thier help and service.

The hotel is clean, and the rooms, although not very modern, are spacious and well maintained. The services were very good for the price paid. The food was diversified and of great quality.

This hotel is in a very bustling and busy tourist area with everything you may need in close proximity. We had everything we needed and more. Very clean and well kept rooms and surroundings. Staff were really helpful checking and out were both very smooth. I would definitely stay here again.

Az El Ksar Resort & Thalasso tengerparti szálloda 4 km-re található Szúsza központjától, és mindössze 30 percre Harqala strandjától. Nicely surprised. Good value for money. Kids enjoyed the most of it. The room was ok and cleaned each day. Variety of food. Good location. Well maintained. Honestly, reading the comment i was skeptical but at the end it was acceptable even better than aceeptable
